To meet the needs of numerous electromechanical equipment of the ETC gantry system operating outdoors (on the main line of expressways), our company has designed and launched a user-oriented integrated intelligent comprehensive cabinet system solution for the ETC gantry system, including power supply system (ISPS) power supply and distribution, battery backup, air conditioning and refrigeration, fire safety, power distribution modules, intelligent monitoring, etc., and reserves a certain amount of equipment space for installing switches, ETC business equipment, etc. The outdoor integrated intelligent equipment room also comprehensively considers special performances such as redundant power supply and distribution design, continuous refrigeration, and lithium battery (or lead-acid battery) backup power supply, improving the overall equipment operation safety.

Features

The main cabinet features multiple protections such as rainproof and dustproof functions, suitable for high-speed outdoor environments. Internal units adopt 19-inch standard installation for convenient maintenance.

Equipped with main and standby power distribution units inside the cabinet, dual incoming lines support multiple outputs to meet the 7×24-hour continuous power supply demand of ETC equipment.

Two 3KVA UPS units adopt pure sine wave output and zero-transfer technology, enabling instant switching when the mains power is interrupted and intelligent battery management.

The DC48V 100AH lithium iron phosphate battery is high-temperature resistant and has a long service life. A single set provides backup power for about 4.8 hours, and two sets can meet the 8-hour demand.

The integrated power and environment monitoring unit can detect the status of the cabinet interior and equipment, supporting remote control and reducing the operation and maintenance costs of high-speed stations.

The DC48V energy-saving waterless air conditioner can self-consume condensed water, with intelligent temperature control and an IP55 waterproof rating, suitable for outdoor environments.
